This one is another good example of why a dyno can come in handy. Initially on the dyno we were seeing very rich air fuel ratios and had lower than normal power out put. Something that just doing a re-flash without testing on the dyno would have been missed.

Diagnostics found that the coolant temp sensor was reading wrong, causing the ecu to think it was still in cold start mode adding extra fuel to the mixtures. A new sensor installed and checked on the dyno and now everything back to normal. Back on the dyno 276kW at the wheels factory and now making 302kW at the wheels.
